Software License Agreement
1. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Z Photo Selection software on ONE (1) computer. This is a lifetime license with no recurring fees.
2. Permitted Use
- Use for personal or commercial photography business
- Create unlimited galleries for unlimited clients
- Receive lifetime software updates
- Access lifetime customer support
3. Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, or distribute the software
- Do not reverse engineer or decompile the software
- Do not share your license key with others
- Do not resell or sublicense the software
- One license = One device only
4. Device Transfer
If you need to transfer your license to a new computer, contact our support team. We allow device transfers with proper verification. License can be transferred up to 2 times per year.
5. Updates & Support
Your license includes all future updates and improvements at no additional cost. Support is provided via WhatsApp and email during business hours (10 AM - 6 PM IST).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.
