No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our software product, we do NOT offer refunds once a license key has been issued and activated.
Why No Refunds?
- Software is a digital product that cannot be "returned"
- License keys are issued immediately upon payment
- We offer free demo before purchase
- One-time pricing is already heavily discounted

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered ONLY if:
- Payment was made but license was never delivered (rare technical issue)
- Duplicate payment was charged in error
